Healthy muffins

1 egg
4 tbsp oats
1 tsp stevia
Some berries

Mix the ingredients in a cup and put it in the microwave. Or you can pour it in forms like i did. Microwave for 1-3 min, pause after 2 and check up on them so they dont boil over. Wait until they cool down, enjoy! They turned out pretty good!

Healthy chocolate cookies

2 bananas
1 dl oatmeal
2 tsp vanilla powder
2 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

Set the oven on 175C
Mash the bananas in a bowl
Mix the dry ingredients
Mix the dry ingredients with the bananas well.

Put the dough on a cookie sheet with a spoon and flatten it into cookies.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Wait until they cool down and peel them of the sheet. Eat when cold.
